Lucia Protocol's Ambassador Program is a gateway for dedicated community members to drive growth, foster engagement, and help build our vision. The program is structured in three tiers: Explorers, Guardians, and Luminaries. Each tier comes with unique perks, increasing rewards, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within Lucia Protocol's ecosystem.

Profile:
Elite Ambassadors are highly engaged users with deep involvement in DeFi, multi-platform engagement, and high-frequency, high-value interactions across Web3 ecosystems. They have demonstrated influence and serve as active, knowledgeable participants in Web3 spaces.
Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership Contributions: Share advanced insights on ad attribution and Web3 developments.
Event Participation & Hosting: Actively participate in or host digital events (Twitter Spaces, Discord AMAs).
Content Creation: Write articles, guides, and social media posts about their experiences and the benefits of Lucia Protocol.
Community Engagement: Drive discussions on Web3 trends and DeFi within the Lucia community and across relevant platforms.
Highest-Level Token Rewards: Priority access to substantial token allocations at TGE.
Rewards:
Exclusive Access: Early access to new features, product betas, or closed alpha testing.
Event Sponsorship: Travel support or sponsorship to participate in key Web3 or blockchain conferences.

Profile:
Growth Ambassadors show steady engagement and have experience with multiple Web3 platforms but aren’t yet deeply embedded in the ecosystem. They are curious and active within the community but may need additional guidance and resources to elevate their participation.
Responsibilities:
Content Sharing: Promote Lucia Protocol updates, partnerships, and events across social media channels.
Engagement Initiatives: Participate in discussions within the community and engage with other users' posts.
Support Moderation: Serve as moderators or community support during events, AMAs, or community forums.
Feedback Provider: Share user feedback on new features, UX/UI, and general product experience.
Rewards:
Moderate-Level Token Rewards: Significant token allocation, though lower than Elite Ambassadors, based on point accumulation and engagement.
Access to Special Events: Invitations to digital events, workshops, and Q&A sessions with the Lucia team.
Professional Development: Exclusive resources on becoming a Web3 thought leader, ambassador coaching, and insider training sessions.

Profile:
Enthusiast Ambassadors have limited experience in Web3 but show interest in Lucia Protocol and have demonstrated early-stage engagement. They are in the process of learning and adopting Web3 and are enthusiastic about contributing to the community.
Responsibilities:
Basic Promotion: Share introductory posts and official updates from Lucia Protocol on personal social media.
Community Participation: Engage with other community members, react to posts, and participate in community polls.
Feedback Collection: Provide insights on onboarding and early experiences to help improve user flows.
Learning Participation: Attend workshops and educational sessions to deepen their Web3 knowledge.
Rewards:
Entry-Level Token Rewards: Smaller token allocations designed to incentivize further participation and growth.
Access to Educational Content: Gain access to Web3, ad attribution, and crypto fundamentals to help them grow.
Recognition in Community: Earn a “New Ambassador” badge to signify their role in the Lucia Protocol ecosystem.
Each ambassador ranks on multiple leaderboards, updated in real-time to reflect the latest engagement and contributions:
Social Influence Leaderboard: Based on the ambassador’s reach, engagement, and interaction across platforms. This includes follower count growth, post interactions, and social shares specifically related to Lucia content.
Community Engagement Leaderboard: Ranks ambassadors based on their activity in the Lucia community, such as attending events, participating in discussions, moderating channels, and answering community questions.
Data Value Leaderboard: Reflects each ambassador’s data contributions and engagement quality, such as their frequency and volume of platform usage, transaction activity, and data sharing level. Based on their data tier, ambassadors gain points relative to their data quality.
To make the experience more engaging, each ambassador has a Personalized Data Profile where they can see their ranking across each leaderboard. The profile breaks down their progress as follows:
Overall Ranking: Shows the ambassador’s overall rank within each leaderboard.
Tier-Based Points: Points gained from their current tier, encouraging ambassadors to move up tiers for increased rewards.
Weekly Activity Snapshot: A summary of the ambassador’s weekly activity, including key achievements, such as social reach, community participation, and data contribution.
Rank Movement Notification: Highlights any changes in ranking compared to previous weeks, offering a sense of progress (e.g., “Up 2 positions in the Data Value Leaderboard!”).
To encourage participation, each leaderboard offers distinct incentives based on performance:
Social Influence Leaderboard Incentives:
Top 5: Monthly spotlight as “Top Social Influencers” on Lucia’s platform and recognition across Lucia’s social media.
Top 10: Bonus token allocation and exclusive access to influencer-only chats with the Lucia Protocol team.
Rising Stars (those who rank up each month): Earn double points toward their next data tier upgrade.
Community Engagement Leaderboard Incentives:
Top 5: Early access to new platform features, invitations to exclusive Lucia events, and direct input on product roadmaps.
Top 10: Earn “Community Mentor” status, which provides token bonuses and special recognition.
Consistent Engagement: Monthly participation awards, such as earning extra tokens or badges for regularly engaging in discussions.
Data Value Leaderboard Incentives:
Top 5: Maximum token allocation at TGE and priority access to beta features or projects from Lucia Protocol’s partners.
Top 10: Earn double points for data contributions in the following quarter.
Tier Progression: Higher-tiered users get dynamic point multipliers, allowing them to increase their leaderboard position more rapidly with additional contributions.
To keep motivation high, ambassadors can see Milestone Achievements on their Data Profile page, including badges and rewards that unlock as they progress:
Tier Advancement Notifications: Alerts whenever they’re close to advancing tiers.
Community Recognition Badges: Earned for significant contributions, like “Top Contributor” or “Influence Amplifier.”
Point Multipliers: Certain activities (like attending a workshop or contributing insights) offer temporary point multipliers, motivating ambassadors to stay active and increase their ranking.
Each leaderboard has a progress bar or visual “level up” meter that shows how close an ambassador is to the next reward milestone. This visual cue incentivizes activity by showing a clear pathway to better rewards:
Color-Coded Progress Bars: For each leaderboard, a progress bar changes color as they get closer to achieving their next reward level.
Achievements Tracker: A badge collection on their Data Profile where they can view unlocked achievements and upcoming ones.
Progress Streaks: When ambassadors achieve consecutive milestones, they earn bonus points or recognition, promoting ongoing engagement.
